It’s that time again. Rants and raves about my surrounding world. While some will be quick potshots, others may seem to ramble on forever. Let’s get started shall we.
- I figure we’ll start on a good note, seeing as how there’s only one. I am hear to preach the sheer greatness that is “Winamp Media Desktop.” It plays files, movies and all the other crap, but what puts Winamp on the higher shelf, are it’s visualizations. It’s not the colours or designs, because Windows wins hands down, but where the visualizations are. Winamp allows you to have the view you’re visualizations as wallpaper. I discovered this about 2 weeks into my new computer, and I am still pleased with it.
- What the hell am I going to do with myself in 5 days? I don’t have any job prospects as yet and I feel like I’m going to end up in a shack in the woods, counting cocunuts, or some other Kazinsky crap.
- Not only must I embark on this Odyssey, but I must do it without my treasured step-counter. A few days ago I got my very own step counter in my Special K cereal box. The first day I had 3896 steps. A goal had been set, but alas after 146 steps, give or take, it was lost forever in the myriad of crevices that is Leaside High. Now I eat all the Special K I can, waiting for my next box’s treasure.
- Now that water has been found on Mars, its time to address certain issues. How long will be before Bush attacks Mars, because it looks red and angry? Will the movies be right? Is there a hidden face on the moon, and will Gary Sinise travel through a star gate? What about the prisons of Ghosts of Mars? Who knows, only time will tell, but while we’re on the topic of movies, Will the very first manned mission to Mars be dubbed Capricorn One?
- Lastly, should sidewalks really have those cracks in them? What good are they? All they do is slow down my shovelling, by catching the blade every 3 seconds. They can’t be used to drain water cause that’s stupid. Why can’t the construction workers spend an extra few minutes paving them over, so that I can save hours, as I shovel throughout my life.
